The hotel complex includes Standard Rooms with views of the pool and/or garden views. There are several single, double and twin combination of rooms with varying views. Two popular alternatives are Deluxe Suites with harbour or mountain views and Deluxe Garden Bungalows with traditional Polynesian furnishings and intricate woven ceilings. Rooms in the new wing have a private deck with harbour or mountain views and feature queen-sized beds. direct dial telephones, in-house movie channels, vanity and bathroom area, and a mini bar. The four Deluxe New Wing Rooms come with bath tubs.
There is a wide choice of restaurants, cocktail bars and lounges as well as a popular coffee lounge. The hotel’s signature restaurant, Le Tamarina, overlooks the harbour and is the perfect spot for a romantic dinner or formal luncheon venue.
For more informal occasions the popular Poolside Fale and Grill, with it’s intricate Samoan carvings, is perfect for a range of tasty meals. A Kid's Menu is available for lunch and dinner and a Samoan string band serenades diners with classic local songs. On Friday evenings is a Mongolian Buffet, with a choice of meat and seafood cooked with Mongolian spices, vegetables and sauces in a wood-fired oven. On Saturday evenings, an extravagant seafood buffet includes everything from fresh lobsters, crab and other local and imported seafood delights
The Coffee Lounge, located in the main foyer of the Hotel lobby, is perfect for beverages and snacks and there is a blackboard menu for breakfasts and lunches.
There is a choice of 3 Cocktail Bars, including the Poolside Fale Bar, the Gary Cooper Poolside Bar, and Le Kionasina Cocktail Lounge. Each of the bars has cocktail specialities and an extensive drinks list featuring imported spirits and beers.
Aggie’s has a range of entertainment and every night there is a choice of venues and/or performers. Every evening from 7pm guitarists play poolside. On Wednesdays at the Poolside Fale has a colourful traditional Samoan program of entertainment and singing performed by the hotel staff. It includes one of the South Pacific’s finest Fire Knife Dances. At the Kionasina Cocktail Lounge on Friday evenings, soothing and relaxing local jazz music takes centre stage.
